• Your booking will be confirmed and secured upon receipt of payment.
• Heli-Serv will endeavour to cater to your preferred travel time. Please note: due to unforeseen circumstances flights may not always run to time.
• Refund less 20% applies to cancellations received by fax or in writing up to 7 days prior to flight.
• All payments made on AMEX cards will incur a 3% surcharge.
• Please arrive at your check in time. Do not miss your flight as there is no guarantee we will be able to re-schedule you.
• All passengers fly at pilot’s discretion. Drunk and disorderly behaviour will not be accepted.
• Large bags and bulky camera/video equipment or other large items will not be allowed in the helicopter.
• It is essential that we measure the accurate weight per passenger prior to flying. The aviation authority requires that the weight of each passenger is recorded. Your information will remain confidential.
• Heli-Serv reserve the right to cease operations due to weather or unavailability of airspace.
• The personal information you provide to Heli-Serv may be used not only to service your bookings, enquiries and customer care, but also to update you regarding new products and services and special offers.
