Heli-Serv is an Australian company founded in 2002. We obtained our AOC in 2003.

Heli-Serv is more the just a helicopter service. Our safety, experience, reliability and expertise highlight our capabilities within the industry and allow us to provide a wide range of services.

Air Work

Heli-Serv is authorised by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority to conduct an array of Air work operations including, aerial advertising, photography, flood and fire spotting, stock mustering, surveying, ambulance, dropping (incendiaries), animal control, search and rescue, sling load, surveillance, frost protection and powerlines inspection.

Scenic Tours

Our packaged tours are one of the newest and most exciting adventures that visitors to Victoria can experience, servicing both the public and corporate markets.  Our program of tours ranges from scenic flights around Melbourne to the magnificent Grampians, Yarra Valley Wineries, Mornington Peninsula, Great Ocean Road and Bellarine Peninsula.

Heli-Serv Tours guarantee prompt departures, easy accessibility at Melbourne and Geelong Heliport Locations, reliable 7 day a week service and a high degree of professionalism. Heli-Serv’s range of state-of-the-art aircraft, is the one of the most luxurious in Australia.

Events

Heli-Serv’s exclusively manage all aircraft operations for the Melbourne Cup Carnival and Portsea Polo events.  In 2009, Heli-Serv flew over 1000 passengers over four race days of the carnival. We also service the Victorian Department of Sustainability and Environment during the Victorian fire season.

Safety

We operate our business in accordance with an audited Safety Management System designed to protect both our employees and clients well being.

We strive to provide the highest standard of safety, and have maintained an enviable safety record since we began operation. To ensure our safety record is maintained, we follow a Quality Management System and are approved by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority.

Insurance

Heli-Serv insures all aircraft and carries Aircraft Liability Cover, including Passenger Seat Liability and Loss of Cargo Cover.

The policy provides for additions and deletions of all optional equipment and we confirm that the Underwriters will accept inclusion items such as FLIR Systems, radio equipment, stabiscopes and mineral exploration data acquisition systems.
